Improve sperm count and motility: 10 things you can do now








1. Increase food and drinks that have more zinc content, such as Oysters, Dried watermelon seeds, Peanuts, Mutton and Crab. Zinc will also help increase your appetite, arrest your hair fall, and is good for your eyes and skin as well.



2. Selenium is known to make certain proteins that constitute sperm. Sea food, eggs and meat products are known to increase selenium levels. For vegetarians, they can try mushroom, Onions, Oats and Barley.




3. Exercise and/or yoga to manage stress. Lose excess fat.




4. No alcohol while trying to conceive, in order to keep hormonal balance.




5. Avoid exposure to radiation, chemicals and heated areas.




6. Avoid hot water, especially on genitals. (Take cold bath, before bed time for a temporary boost in sperm motility. )




7. Do not keep laptop on lap, instead use a desk.




8. Do not wear skin tight underwear.



9. Limit your coffee to 1 cup per day. Use green tea instead. (Herbal and gives similar kick. Yes it takes time to get used to it. )





10. Avoid smoking.
